@Kim Ford you bet I do quite a bit of work in SC.. we are building new construction in Charlestonand I have come to find out chasing down title in that state is not very easy.. the only way to do it is to pay to have an abstractor do it for you.. and it takes 3 to 5 days to get.We are spoiled out our way.. our title plants are in the phillipines and we get instant title commitments IE same day.. and or can call customer service at our title company and get a date down on the phone in 90 seconds.. :) much harder in attorney driven states like SC
