After talking to a buddy who was an agent, it seems like an online program is viewed as less desirable than an in residence type school.

I thought his view was a bit narrow, but he said his goal was to try to avoid agents and the mls and other listing places altogether.

Let them know you are a busy man and have only a limited amount of time or a particular time slot that you can view the property.
