Digging a bit deeper here, perhaps you can help me get an understanding of what you've got going on......You've got this reply explaining to me how easy it is to make money and how you're able to do this on the side with your 12 hour days at the day job......But you started the thread with questions on how to actually perform a double closing and get into transactions without proof of funds.

I seen a few comments on social media pages, view videos on YouTube a couple particles regards to, last much longer then thatinetivitable slow down that is going to happen in commercial real estate sector.Has anyone had to halt due dilligence due to not being able to get a pca performed?
