We would fill in a 3/4 wall and add a deadbolt lock door to separate the two spaces, leaving the first half with the 3 secondary bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the kitchen, family room, and laundry, with a garage door entrance.

I feel similarly grateful for a lot of other people in other jobs, such as the ones who keep bathrooms clean in public places so that it is convenient for travelers.

Have enough slope to the window ledge to drain well, but not so much slope that a bottle of shampoo won't sit on the ledge.Use vinyl frame window and one way glass made for bathrooms.

Even once my bid was accepted by HUD I had to pay one of their servicing companies to allow electricity and water to be turned on in the subject property.5.HUD misrepresented the property as having 2 bathrooms.

You'll probably not have any parking except on the street, and you'll most likely need to walk around the back of the building, up a narrow set of stairs, to a 'cozy' apartment with the bathroom door in the cramped kitchen.
