Some states are more stringent.

We saw at least 50 new homes in various states of construction as well as more lots all platted out and ready.

This is because several states in the US do this.We look at ways to increase revenue as well as ways to save costs.

But don't be surprised if they push back and state that it is not their responsibility since it wasn't in the lease.Next time, make sure you include landscaping maintenance in the lease....OR....what I like to do is include landscaping fees into the rent amount. 

real estate investing is difficult.BRRRRing out of state is also very difficult. 

Out of state investing is a great option especially if your state isn't as investor friendly. 

It states the amount charged, how long they are there, etc.
