I'm looking for referrals for contractors in the area that can go to some of my appointments with me and give me a repair estimate/scope of work for my projects or wholesale deals I'm flipping out. 

I am working with clients here in San Diego to update their documents to protect them from some of the rules - which include the IRS appointing a "Partnership Representative" if one is not named, and their appointment is final! 

A lot of positive things to report back on what I have learned, and some confusion/questions.Over the past 2 weeks, I have been to 2 REIA meetings, told 5 people about Bigger Pockets (3 at REIA meetings, previous Realtor who works on investments, and a friend from work), and listened to 9 Podcasts while driving to and from customer appointments throughout the Front Range, and Denver Metro.

He did mention a Delayed Financing Exception that might be able to do the job but would vary from lender to lender.I have some appointments next to sit with some lenders and get some specifics,

The buyer's agent of course sets up an appointment, and we just have to make sure and answer that call around that time. 

Denver is the only county that will let me view cases where there has been a PR appointed, but they send out weekly "coupons" to purchase this list.

And, here's another one that drives me to rev the power drill: I set up an appointment with a contractor, explain the project, use my personal email address -- and he replies to my husband's email address and all conversations are directed to my husband -- why?

Their excuse is "the snow, the traffic,  truck won't start, girlfriend had a doctor's appointment" - which is crazy-making, of course.

He had trouble getting the electrical inspector out (didn't show up for appointments).

Had 2 phone convos and made an appointment to meet an investor at one of my properties.
