I've been on BP for several months and I can tell you this site is truly amazing.

With the bigger lenders like Wells Fargo, they tend to be slowed down by a lot of red tape.I went with a small commercial lender for my 4-plex, and their speed to close was amazing.  

I am a real estate agent in the Tampa Bay Area and I live in Clearwater so I know how amazing and beautiful this area is.

Follow the amazing deal and do not limit your options for success.

My real estate agent says home comparables are around 245Lady wants to get 185k or 175k as is. needs about 3k in updates. woman selling owes 90k. 

That means my short-term returns are okay, but not amazing, but that's okay with me given my current situation.

I've never heard of "agriburbia" until now and it sounds amazing to me.
