Be concerned with how much money you can make off it.

Most lenders are more concerned about getting repaid and less concerned about being a shining beacon of light in the otherwise dark world.Additionally, the purpose of the business plan is to explain how your business will grow and succeed; not how much money you would like to personally make per year.

All are in need of serious repairs, and even though I paid cash for them; holding costs and inactivity over the period is beginning to give me a bit of concern.  

If remodeling work is required then you might need a change of occupancy (don't know how Co Springs handles that - some jurisdictions don't concern themselves with that) which can be challenging.

My only concern is the amount of month to month fluctuation in the market.

Here are my additional questions/concerns.1.  

But for some things....personally I'd change the locks, leave a notice to such posted, and meet animal control there concerning the "abandoned/neglected" dog.  

Those are more concerned with general solicitation.
