hello I currently looking into buying a multi family unit in Philadelphia, Pa and would like to know does anyone recommend any investor agents that has time for a newbienewbie

Also, oi would like to know when making offers do any REI look at how much it ease sold for before if the haven't done anything work since purchasing the property.

Example  they Bought it for $9000 and listing it for 50000, without any work done
