Hello Garret,I would caution you to be prepared for some serious sticker shock when comparing housing prices in the Seattle area to the mid-West.

We currently focus on rehabbing properties on the North and West side of Chicago and like to partner with individuals that see the benefits of joint ventures.

Overall, it's a pretty good area for real estate with West Chester being the cream of the crop rental market in Chester County.

In north Texas, Tarrant county has far higher premiums than Denton or Dallas counties (both of which border Tarrant to the west).

Hey there, here in the south west, primarily Utah, title companies make you wait 4 years to insure the title.

And at least here on the West coast subs are used to being paid one time a month.. so you have time to keep things in order.
