Hello All, Thank you in advance for welcoming me into the BiggerPockets Club! My name is Tyler and I currently am a Member in my family's business (which is not real estate). My family and I are looking to diversify into real estate investment by the way of rental properties to start. My first goal is to set up an LLC. and purchase my first rental property by March of 2016. I am not a "DIY selfer" so I plan to have a a management company look after my future properties. Maybe a possibility that I actually get my real estate license and work for a broker who is willing to hire a limited part timer with valuable contacts (maybe a later 2016 project). Thanks everyone.
