That said after looking at some comps I'm not super impressed with the revenue compared to LTR.

So you need a website, you make it super credible and you drive your traffic there.

@Michelle Paulsen There are multi-family properties all over the metro area and I own some, but inventory currently is super tight in all property categories around Austin at the present time.

From one end, we see interest rates super low, but prices are going up.

That post you shared was super interesting, my main take away is that these guys are legit, just had some struggles with their sales process and it left some sensitive people with a bad taste in their mouth.
