Good Morning Everyone,So I had to fire my real estate agent yesterday, after purchasing 5 properties through him this year, he insisted I needed to buy another because he had to repair the alternator in the car.

It may be a small "local looking" paper and not the main newspaper that everyone reads on a Sunday morning.

BF calls me this morning saying his GF has gone crazy and he's going to the court to file an order of protection and he was just calling to let me know.

My ultimate goal is to take a "soft" retirement by 35 years old (2025) by thriving off of passive income created by buy and hold real estate.

I was looking through listings on a site this morning and I picked multi-family as my only property type to search for. 

I really REALLY need as much constructive feedback as I can because I am going to quit the job tomorrow morning.  

I emailed the following report to the building management via their online service portal:Subject: Flooding in apartment on 26 May 2015/ Carpet Removed & not ReturnedI am following up on the flooding that occurred in unit #1905 on the morning of Tuesday, 26 May 2015.As witnessed by security guard on duty (D...) and the concierge on duty (A...) quite a bit of water entered the apartment due to what should have been a sealed area of the window and the wall - not an open window.I was told that maintenance would be coming to inspect this and to caulk this area.Please let me know when they will be doing this - especially in light of the fact that we are approaching hurricane season.Finally, as also witnessed, my rug was soaking wet due to this flooding.Hence, it was removed from my apartment and I was told that it would be cleaned.It is almost a week now and I have not received my carpet.

Pretty good deal, 275 land, 225 soft costs, 6200 * 130 = 806, 1.3M more or less, easy 500.
