It ain't going to be a walk in the park but there's no better feeling than pursuing something passionately in hopes of finding greener pastures.If you're looking to network with like-minded and hungry for success people, you're in the right place.

I love reading all your posts and learning from your mis-steps and successes.  

I have had a successful AirBnB gig until SF outlawed it to just only 90 days for the entire home so good to know that Atlanta has some niche on it.  

Owning/managing an STR is not as simple or straightforward as standard rentals and to successfully run them you need to have good systems and procedures in place to sustain them.   

In that case I’d probably rent first to see if the buisness is actually going to be successful before buying.  

Do you stick with local CU (Phoenix and Arizona specific) or have more success with online applications or big name banks?

Anyone can find success in real estate anywhere, it just takes the right kind of person for the right kind of situation.

Our PM is filing an appeal as well to get it reduced but we'll see how successful they'll be.I've lived in IL all my life (grew up in Southern IL and moved to Chicago area burbs for college and stayed).
