I'm interested in turn key type units, I don't mind some updates needed but I'm not looking for large reno's.

As long as you do regular mtce and screen tenants really well it is not that hard to do PM.

Speaking to a local RE attorney would be helpful as well.That being said, I regularly meet people who want to get started as a wholesaler until they realize that finding deals can be a full-time job.Lastly, make sure you know your market!

Can you update payment to app-based or apple pay contactless?

An update is that the deal is NOT FHA compatible because of the high estimated rehab costs.I spoke to the 203k consultant on the phone, sent specs of the property and some rehab drawings -- at $55-$70 per square foot for the gut, the rehab will cost about $211k without even touching the exterior.

May some of you out there refer me to a Lender that will get in touch with me and keep me updated throughout the whole process?

They seem to be doing a good job as well as hosting regular events to educate their clients.
