yes,  the average North American will probably have the reaction I did but the interesting thing was the Europeans I knew that used them didn't try to dry in them, they hung their clothes, I kept asking myself what's the point of having the combo? 

If your an out of state investor looking to buy in Lawrence I would highly recommend staying north of 46th street.  

I live in North Garland and know that Garland is not the best place to flip although I do not want to be too far from my home so I be on the property as often as needed.

The market in North Dakota does the complete opposite of the rest of the country. 

Mission Beach is a great location, with the North Coastal extension of the Trolley Line coming in a few years.
