I’m looking to fill my idle time with draw inspections multiple times a week by getting my name out there more. 

I have an incredible handyman that has done such good work for my properties in San Diego.

Though out my younger teen years real estate investing was always something I was interested in and I have done quite a bit of research on the topic, but am nowhere near being well versed in all there is to know.

I had a tree (the neighbors tree) that fell on the roof of my rental and damaged it severely so now I have to change the whole roof.So during the hurricane I had an insurance called Citizens, but right after the hurricane they switched me to a different insurance (Slide)...Will you please help me with my questions:1) My coverage was for a policy that is not a rental but  partially owner occupied (its a duplex), because I lived there but then moved out and did not switch the coverage to a rental.

This is my first time filling up a unit and I'm out of state.

A bit about me: I’m currently exploring various investing strategies (fix-and-flip, buy-and-hold, etc.) and looking to expand my knowledge in residential and commercial real estate.

I just purchased my first Short Term rental and am looking into Smart Home Devices.

My long term goal is to start a real estate investment company, and I am hoping to purchase my first investment property within the next six months. 

I am interested in starting out with wholesaling and then working my way to learning more about the BRRR method.
