(location, units, economics of the city/region) We then determine with what limited information on the properties we have available to us(expenses, current/potential rents, financing options) what purchase price we would have to purchase the property at in order for the property to cash flow where we would like.Usually the asking price is 10-20% above that number.I suppose I could just go around putting in an offer for each of those properties at that number, but that seems like a waste of everyone's time and a good way to burn bridges in a market before even getting started.So how close to the asking price should the target purchase price be in order for you to act?
