Plus, our condo is located in not a good school district.And my goal is ultimately want to have a few rental properties.

The goal was two-fold: 1. find a good home with good schools near enough to the city center and hopefully walking distance to things to do. 2. find a home with an income suite (basement apartment, mother-in-law suite, etc.) 

I'm seeing a lot more young O-1's at flight school getting involved in real estate and it's inspiring. 

I am going back to school for CS as well simply because I enjoy it and I would love to work overseas someday which requires a Bachelor's.

There is still a good rental demand because the school is very good and families want to be here but may not have enough saved up for a home.

From middle school on there have been the popular kids and those who wish they were.

I went to college (studied engineering) and graduated at 21.

Intent to raise rent around $400.00 to $500.00 a month with student occupants for the 2020 school year.

I graduated from San Diego State in 2018 with a degree in Accountancy.

If you get a job in the same field as your major, assuming you graduate, then you should be able to buy sooner.
