There are many factors that contribute to the price of water.Washing machines, running toilets and 'guests' are the three that I've seen most often, a distant third is leaky pipes, slow or catastrophic.Tenants will never care as much as you do about the cost of water.

Just because there are other homes on the same street that sold for that much doesn't mean this home in question will be able to sell for that much even if it has gold plated toilets.

I'm still at an incredibly part time stage in my investing career (Although I've been doing it now for 5+ years)  I run 3 successful non real estate businesses plus I just became a licensed realtor.Should that status change to a more *full time* approach ~ I'd seriously consider one of those dumping trailer.
