I'm tired of Detroit bailiffs coming out and gouging $1000 and 2 dumpsters at $350 a piece while taking all day and letting the hood rats run around breaking **** and causing a scene while they are getting put out.One of the biggest reasons Detroit has such an atrocious tenant base is because the city has trained them to exploit a broken system.

I tried to start my own PM company a few years back bc I was tired of the same things you are mentioning, but I realized really quickly that they put in A LOT of work and its not all profit and you do get what you pay for. that being said-  you can always try to negotiate.... if you have multiple properties with them that is a stronger reason for them :) best of luck!

If I rented a car the rental agency wouldn’t let me change the oil or repair a door or rotate the tires. same thing with houses.
