Best Marketing Websites

I've looked into sites like Investor Carrot, Lead Propeller, etc and I'm wondering if anyone who uses or has used sites like this have any feedback? The obvious advantage to using these sites is that the layouts are already provided and made easy, but the costs compared to making a Wordpress or Squarespace site are much more. Input?

All my REI students use investor carrot www.oncarrot.com

If you're frustrated website designer, or blogger, you should still hire www.onCarrot.com

I believe you should also hire out your seller marketing, and I recommend www.yellowletters.com

Lastly, if you got a job 9-to-5, you should hire an excellent live answering service that knows and knows how to screen sellers,

-are they tire kickers or really motivated sellers?

It blows me away that you can invest $1000 a month on marketing and not have a live person answer the phone that knows the basics.

I highly recommend you use www.Patlive.com

I use PatLive for all my marketing
