Kevin Lefeuvre I'm familiar with those areas and I'm not too fan of them due to proximity, to cross DTLA is more effort than other areas. it has become less popular due to HOA areas which flooded the market.l like Stevenson Ranch.

Than its not impossible" but I was wondering along the lines of trends if the houses here are so expensive and from so many articles seem unaffordable due to it just being Boston (healthcare, schooling, popular coastal city) or if it's due to us being in such a great "bubble?"

I haven't really sold my list as a practice, just from popular demand in my market place, and that lead me to wanting to sell me list for a fair price, yet making it worth it for me by easily funding campaigns.I think you're coming from a lot of investors point of view, but on this list there are an abundance of deals to be made, and like I have mentioned, for some reason some marketing lands different deals.
