Im a local real estate agent with Century 21, I was looking at maybe setting up a day or 2 throughout the week and doing some virtual tours of local investment properties.

The lease/option is up soon and we are going to try to get the seller to seller finance, but have not started the conversations yet.My idea was to build 2 lofts on top of the retail space to make into short term rentals because our city is getting a Hard Rock Casino and her shop is on the main drag between the historic downtown and where the casino is being built.  

Wholesaling can actually be a virtual career as well.

The strip, all of our entertainment and casinos were completely shutdown for 18 months and housing skyrocketed. 

I haven't used them, but Modsy seems to be the virtual designer that gets thrown around the most.
