I Have been greatly enticed by The Flipstress, but can't help but think it's a scam???

The purpose for setting it up as a STR was simply to help defray the cost of owning and maintaining the property, but again we feel that the time we put into it is taking away from our quality of life with our family/kids.We're looking for advice on what to do with the property.

Background checks help verify the integrity and track record of the sponsor.

Mini-splits are typically a bit more expensive but are super helpful in tighter situations or in areas where you want to keep demo to a very minimum.

You need to figure out how to bring value to hosts to help and don't be afraid to tell people what you are trying to do.
