Hi there.. I'm Tyler from Iowa. I've been the owner of a medium-sized business for the past 7 years. 40 years old now and I'm beginning to pivot and re-invest capital into real estate. I live in eastern Iowa, and will be primarily focused on the Iowa City/Coralville, Quad Cities, and Muscatine areas. I flipped a property several years ago and ended up dumping my gains into an upgraded primary residence. I just finished flipping another sfh that will be our first rental. And that's the extent of my experience. 

Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling (who doesn't?), boating, and hiking with my wife & kids & mut.
