I first put a FSBO sign on it while being re-habbed,,. 2 wks after completion depending upon interest it then goes into MLS @ 1% w/ a trusted friend and old client.Btw have also found that title companies will do most of the work for you.Just make an appointment and tell them what you are doing and they are happy to help you....Even have had them draw up contracts......
