The wording for #3-4 should say "plumbing and electric updated"#5- a better way to word that would be "are there any foundation problems that you know of"  BUT you still want ot have a home inspection and let the inspector look at that- even if the seller tells you no problems#6 should be done when you have an accepted offer on the house.
