Now I have seen others in OOS investing sales put together very detailed FAQs and i suggest anyone selling to an out of state person have those either to e mail to the buyer or on your website.. this will cut down on hours of needless what about this what about that.

I view DSTs simply as a property with an address, a tenant, a lease, and a price - subject to the same performance conditions of the market, regardless of the fact that it's granted to a simple Trust for fractional investor participation.
