FYI:  After the initial month of killing yourself furnishing it and getting it up and running (scheduling furniture deliveries, decorations, pics, getting the listing published, finding cleaners, etc.... ) , it doesn't really take much time to run at all.

I scan the checks and envelopes and date sent for my records and so on.

While a scan or fax of the POA may be reviewed for substance in preparing for closing, the original gets brought to title before or at the closing.
