Essentially what that means, is if you lied on the loan application and at a later date the bank figures that out, you are on the hook.Having said that, you will have a hard time getting a non-recourse on a standard residential property (1-4 unit).

The way you can figure out what your rate will be, give or take a little is to look at what the rate is for 30 year fixed mortgages for owner occupied and then add .875-1 percent interest.

So a junior agent at  a large company as an example has to do 10 deals to my one deal etc.Once you close some big deals in the six figures then you can go 6 months for example without income and no big deal because you have other deals closing.
