I have started listening to the Podcasts from 2013, talk to a close friend who uses this site regularly, own one SF home that I used to live in and now rent out, and also another SF that I live in with my wife and two beautiful daughters (1 & 3).

I don't mind setting things up so that the realtor gets his/her commission on a rental, but I don't want them to feel entitled to a percentage of the sale price when the home sells if they find out we are doing a lease option.I guess what I'm really trying to figure out is how a rental listing agreement works as opposed to a regular listing agreement.

It monitors water flow and can detect leaks based on changes in water pressure (and theoretically shut off the water before a leak causes much damage).

I worked with one seller whose main concern was a prepayment penalty b/c they wanted a regular check.
