This is my first auction purchase, so any insights or advice from those familiar with this process would be appreciated.Well the answer on whether outstanding mortgages carry over the answer is "it depends".

Market metrics are great but you can not be real numbers from their own portfolios or past clients.

@Andrew Jessup It's extremely common for the family trust to initially own the real property and then to transfer ownership into an LLC for additional liability protection, with the LLC owned by the family trust.
