Trick is, knowing what that might be.I had dealings with the San Antonio Public Housing Authority and have been there on projects, so I'm familiar with the types of projects Mitch might be doing, it's a good thing.

@Kevin Kraver, There's a lot of confusion in this thread on the DST as a public SEC registered offering and DST as you mean it (an entity vehicle to own real estate in CA and avoid some of the FTB expenses.
