@David Driscoll - either your prospect is ignorant of tax laws or giving you the tax story because they don't want to tell you the truth (or deal with you or the problem at this time).Your job is to find opportunities that you can solve problems for principles in exchange for value.Perhaps there are other triggers or catalysts that would be a more effective approach with this prospect.I'd check out the owner's financial situation, beginning with home ownership.

Once you've done that you can easily print 100's of letters with the prospect's name and address in the letter.
