That’s too expensive and generally they need 10 days to 2 weeks notice in advance for comprehensive title report.

I'd consult an attorney before changing the locks and if making a key to enter, follow proper procedure to advance notify them of your intent to enter.

This is really the only way i think this deal would make sense but raising the rents $200+ per unit would likely mean turning over current tenants which would mean additional costs to go with that.Thank you in advance!
