I have started learning about Syndication and that's exactly the niche I want to pursue and have started buying books on that, but where my question stems is understanding REI basics.

I'm sure I can use my skills, knowledge, and platform to help expand your reach.

I use both platforms: VRBO tends to be more for family vacation guests and AirBnb tends to be the younger set, who book last minute.None of this is "hard" but it does take one step at a time to get through it all.  

I use Transunion mysmartmove for the background/credit check because I don't like the way the automatic platforms that we use (apartments and zillow for two) don't give you specifics.

I want this but not sure how high I should offer. please comment if you know anything about this kind of platform.

Remember most deals come from pocket listings meaning that they are not on MLS or any other platform.
