I am a college student that in around one or two years will graduate undergraduate studies.

After I dropped him off at college, I went for a massive rehab project across the country, relocating for a couple of years (at least).  

I am 21 years old and just recently graduated college and will be starting full time at a big 4 accounting firm.  

hey guys i'm about to turn 19, im a part time college student with a well paying full time job (carpentry) i was looking to get my feet wet in real estate investing by the time im 20, have a good amount saved up.

I have the land and I am in the process to get the well and septic permit.

The issue is engineering and permitting will take approximately 2 months and by then it will be winter.

The sticking point for me though is the licensing and permitting.

I assume the conversion was done under permits?

Since the closing is just before college gets out I would like to hire my son and some of his buddies. 

My worst financial decision ever was not dropping out of college and doing $2,000 per year IRA's at 18% fixed.
