I am (like everyone else) looking for REOs and short-sales (with completed BPOs) that can be bought at respectable discounts.Only interested in properties 1995-and newer (will consider packages that have a few outliers from this).Let me know if you are looking to buy property down in this warm part of the country (at ground-zero for the real estate excesses and fallout) - or if you have property that you need to move.I deal mostly on the high-end, and prefer investors who are have $1M+ to invest.

Looking at the banks short sale package, they want an offer or purchase agreement before they will start the process.

They need to collect all the correct info from the seller and correctly submit the short sale package before you can begin the process.If you really want the property though, I think you and your agent/advisor need to control the negotiations.
