Hello all, I am new to biggerpockets.com and I am wondering if anybody has a general or standard short sale package or electronically fill-able short sale package that they would like to share? Thank you, I look forward to your contributions.

Generally, each Lender will require:

1) Hardshp Letter
2) 2 Most recent Bank Statements
3) 2 Most recent Pay Stubs
4) 2 last Tax Returns
5) Financial Worksheet
6) Purchase Contract
7) HUD-1
8) Authorization to Release Information- This one is sent FIRST.

If you want to know what the Lender is going to require, call and ask. They will tell you what they want and where to send it.
