I am currently taking my RE courses now to obtain my license in RE. 

But my plans for 2016 is to obtain my first buy and hold and do several wholesales to get my company up and running.

The law makes it very difficult to obtain a CC permit here.

I have talked to several banks trying to obtain a line of credit, but they're saying my credit history isn't long term enough yet.

I have not yet passed the background check, or done some of the other procedural necessities of actually obtaining the license.  

Would a Realtor with a CDPE certification qualify to negotiate a short?
