There are many more that aren't but if you find an agent that is a savvy negotiator, they will more than likely pay for themselves almost every time.I used to have the same "3% is a lot of money" mentality but have changed my mind completely.

Hi…so we have this 6 flat we bought a month ago and we did another walk through today and of the newest tenants (not leased by us) was a bit odd…not strange in mental health way, but somethings didn't add up….she claims she is the only person living there but NONE of the closets have ANY clothes…zero, nota stich.
