I think taking the step to meet with people to have the conversations really helped expand my knowledge, not mention the great relationships built.

There was this stat i read about the area saying 70% or maybe it was even 80 something % of people in that area are married so i wasn't sure if the step down on property would be a problem because the 3/2 typical family wouldn't have been comfortable by my standards.

She is also usually at the NHREIA meetings in Manchester every month. 

Contact them by text or email and tell them you need to set up a time to meet with them about a serious issue at the property.

@Edward Messer ours standard in town used to be 14% but no first month lease up fee.

There are a lot of customization options, but the updates they rolled out a few months ago automated most of them, so there's little reason to touch them now except in really oddball cases.I'd be happy to jump on a Zoom or Google Meet if there's anything you're stuck on.
