I really have to hand it to @Joshua Dorkin , @Brandon Turner, and @David Greene for providing a superior unbiased source of information on the site and their outstanding Pod Casts!

So the seller intends to put the property back up on its auction site without disclosing these issues. 

Just remember if you are on a buy and hold that it will be a good amount of money that you will have to come up with/lose if you need to take one of the properties out from under the umbrella.  

Of course I get my 10% back from the title company, but it's a PITA to do this and lose money at the same time.

If they back out, they lose deposit. 

Question, how do you get comps from a out of state home,any free sites ?.

Do you have enough to hold if you lose a renter or two and still hold the properties. 

It sometimes takes them longer to make the changes to their listings than it does the mls site.
