Wondering what your thoughts would be regarding a Virtual Project Management service to serve investors regarding: Estimating, Takeoffs, Permitting, Interior/Exterior Design Plans, Project Coordinating, Time Management, Receipt tracking, Light Bookkeeping( Payroll Included ), Communication, Daily photo sharing, Real-time Job progress tracking, Projected profits, Photo book creation, and overall daily tasks that can be done from a phone/mobile device or computer...Pretty much a complete Virtual Project Management Admin office...My Question: Any additional suggestions or topics that would be beneficial to your needs in which a virtual service could accommodate?

Likely just a light rehab inside and some landscaping required.

But on the flip side if they call me to change a light bulb and for little things every week, I can almost promise that the rent will be raised.It really sets the stage with the tenants, that we expect them to take care of the home they are renting like it is a home they own.

Its been 3 years since I've been able to light candles and take a bubble bath or epsom salt soak after a hard workout.

-if you don't screen properly (and sometimes even if you do) you are going to have a lot of headaches on the noise front, especially in apartments-Since they haven't rented before, sometimes they don't know really simple things, like it's their job to change a light bulb, or to stop half-turning off steam radiators. 

Throughout school we learned passive solar design strategies that reduce operational costs such as heating, cooling, and lighting. 

And its hardto see the light at the end of the tunnel sometimes.

To get rid of them with a guarantee, light a match, throw it in the area with the bugs, guaranteed gone.
