I paid him a direct $3000 wire at his Chase bank,....I've still got the contract and receipt.At the meeting he had shown me Reonomy (legit site) and gave me his usrnm and pswd to access the site to build multifamily buyers' list for Portland and Dallas, I was pretty certain that I had the real deal.

We got 4 calls of HVAC heaters not working... 2 of them were because it was only heating to 65, when it was 0-10 degrees outside, normal-- had to explain it to the tenants.. and 1 tenant had a legit heating element that went out, and after we fixed it, she said it wasn't working.. until this morning when the weather heated up and she said it got too hot!
