One of the tenants is a lawyer"...... straight from the OP post...so I'm not reading anything into the situation that isnt there.......And the issue is replacing the wire shelves with the same product in a safe way.....so even if the first set was installed incorrectly....as long as the material were then re-installed correctly, the LL has met the requirements.
