Looking for real estate friendly bookkeeper

I'm looking for recommendations for a bookkeeper that is great with real estate. I fix and flip house, wholesale land, long-term and short-term rentals, and I will be a motel owner soon. The bookkeeping is getting to be a bit much for me. If you know anyone that can help me keep everything straight I would greatly appreciate it. I am currently doing my own bookkeeping using QuickBooks and I have a CPA to handle my taxes.
