I'm obviously going to have my attorney take a closer look at everything, but I'm curious how off-putting it might be for a seller to have to sign a huge P&S versus maybe just starting with an official Offer to Purchase and making sure we're covering the big ticket items in there.Thoughts on this?

they would likely have to pick up health insurance (cobra or otherwise) for themselves, however.With that calculation done, it’s a “simple” matter of figuring out an average NOI of properties they want to invest in and the dollars it would take to buy those properties .
