When this tenant moved in I (maybe stupidly) personally reached out to say hi and they were really grateful to move into a nice home in a decent area and were basically like "we plan on staying here forever, thanks".

Doubt it had anything to do with race what so ever, but some people only see things as black and white....and are forever claiming to be victims, when they are the ones that hate anyone not like them... and those are the real racists. 

Also that wouldn’t be a “forever home” type of home either.

However given the current circumstances we are in now, is forever changing the world.  

Some will spiral the drain forever. 

I probably walk through a dozen homes for ever one that I end up purchasing.

It looks like it could be the perfect size for smaller COVID style weddings that will likely be the "way to go" for the foreseeable future - I know several individuals starting wedding companies right now who, due to the unpredictability of lockdowns, are opting to rent spaces for events rather than own the property.
